Cataracts will affect everyone at some point in their lifetime, causing glare, halos around lights, and generally blurred vision. They are a normal part of the eyes’ growth process.
Cataract surgery is very safe and effective, with the vast majority of post-operative patients being much less dependent on glasses for clear vision.
During an exam, Drs. Peck and Teed determine if a patient has cataracts that warrant further evaluation and treatment. They can also address any questions and/or concerns a patient may have regarding cataract surgery.
